Thanks for taking the time to see what God is doing in Pittsburgh.
There is not a doubt in my mind that He has led us here for "such
a time as this".
God has shown us the unbelievable opportunity to expand His kingdom
in the Pittsburgh metro area and I now want to take the opportunity
to invite you to join us in the exciting adventure of launching
Iron City Church.
There are at least three levels of partnership from which you
may choose. They are as follows:
- Prayer - The greatest need is for prayer
partners to commit to pray daily for the awesome task before
us. Church planting is, essentially, spiritual warfare. Satan
hates church planting because he knows that it is the most effective
and efficient way to reach the 100,000 lost, unchurched and
de-churched people in our target area.
- People - We plan to canvas 10,000 homes
with promotional door hangers in our target in preparation for
launching Iron City Church, September 16, 2007. In addition,
we're aiming to serve 20,000 people over the summer through
servant evangelism projects. We need numerous volunteer mission
groups who will assist in this endeavor.
- Paper - Attached you will find a copy
of our very challenging Launch Budget. Please consider giving
a regular monthly gift to assist us in meeting this admirable
budget. You may wish to give a one time gift toward the mass
mailing, equipment, etc. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
How can you help? Feel free to be creative in mixing and matching
these and other needs as the Lord leads.
Please take the time to review the documents on the right side
of this page. Note that these documents are a work in progress.
Please share this information with anyone whom you feel led.
Your partner in His kingdom,
